Do I need experience to come to your activities?

Most of our activities are for complete beginners, you need no previous skills and all you need to bring is you.  Head over to our Upcoming Events page, click on the activity you’d like to book, then click on Read More and the tile will show you age suitability and experience needed.  Alternatively, you can contact us for more details.

What’s included in the price?

All our Tasters, Classes and Workshops include materials, hot drinks or juice and experienced tuition. Anything else provided is stated on our workshop tiles on the Upcoming Events page

Are you wheelchair friendly?

Our premises are on the ground floor and our door can be accessed by most wheelchairs and smaller mobility scooters.  While our toilets are also on the ground floor, they are not specifically disabled toilets, but there are public radar key disabled toilets next door but one from our premises

Are you dog friendly?

Unfortunately we don’t have enough space at our premises to safely allow any dogs other than guide and assistance dogs

Can I book a group to attend a session?

You can book more than one space at any of our activities.  We also have party options which can either be for special occasions such as birthdays or for larger groups to have exclusive use of Huddle during the activity.  Please contact us to discuss.

Do all activities need to be pre booked?

Tasters, Classes and Workshops need to be prebooked (either online or at 1 Estcourt Street).  We prepare the sessions based on the number of people attending, so if you were to just drop in we wouldn’t be able to guarantee to have everything needed for you to take part. You are able to drop into any of our Craft Companions or Kids Club sessions.

I’m worried about attending on my own, what should I expect?

We pride ourselves on making Huddle a friendly and welcoming environment.  One of our two founders will always be there during all activities and we always do our best to make sure everyone feels welcome and is treated as an individual.  Our tutors are friendly, patient, experienced and want everyone to get the most they can out of each session. We are told quite often that we do make a lovely cuppa 🙂

I can’t find an activity to suit me, can I join a waiting list?

Yes, we’re always happy to hear suggestions for activities, so please head over to our Contact Us page and get in touch. We can also offer one-to-one sessions in a selection of crafts for just £15 per hour

What payment methods do you accept?

Our preferred payment method at the studio is cash so we don’t have to pay charges, but we are happy to accept card payments too
